(ST. LOUIS, MO) - The Indiana State Sycamores were eliminated in the first round of the College Basketball Invitational as the fell to the Saint Louis Billikens 63-54 in St. Louis.
Kwamain Mitchell led Saint Louis with 19 points with Willie Reed adding 17 as Rick Majerus' Billikens improve to 21-11.
No Indiana State player reached double figures with five Sycamores; Rashad Reed, Dwayne Lathan, Aaron Carter, Isiah Martin and Koang Doluony leading the way with eight points apiece.
Indiana State ends its season at 17-15.
Saint Louis advances to the quarterfinals where they will take on the winner of tonight's game between Akron and Wisconsin-Green Bay.
