(SOUTH BEND, IN) - Notre Dame Basketball Coach Mike Brey says there is a chance that the Fighting Irish will be without star forward Luke Harangody for the remainder of the season, including the NCAA tournament.
Harangody has not played since suffering a bone bruise of his right knee against Seton Hall on February 11th.
Brey says there is no treatment for Harangody's injury other than giving it time to heal.
The senior out of Andrean High School is averaging 24 points and ten rebounds per game and was on a pace to become the leading scorer in Big East history before the injury.
The Irish lost their first two games without Harangody but have rebounded with back-to-back wins over ranked teams in Pitt and Georgetown.
Notre Dame hosts Connecticut on Wednesday.
