(NEW YORK, NY) - The Fighting Irish of Notre Dame advanced to the semifinals of the Big East Men’s Tournament with a 50-45 win over 16th-ranked Pittsburgh.
Luke Harangody and Tory Jackson led the Irish with twelve points apiece as Notre Dame won it's sixth game in a row.
Brad Wanamaker scored a game-high 16 points to lead the Panthers with Jermaine Dixon adding ten points as Pitt falls to 24-8.
Notre Dame will play sixth-ranked West Virginia in tonight's late game.
The Mountaineers got a buzzer-beating three-pointer from Da'Sean Butler to eliminate Cincinnati 54-51.
