(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Pacers Coach Jim O’Brien says he does not think first-round draft choice Tyler Hansbrough will return this season.
Hansbrough has missed 23 of Indiana's last 27 games with an inner-ear infection and suffered from constant dizziness in the four games he did play.
O'Brien made his comments before Saturday night's win over Chicago and says that Hansbrough has been unable to practice or do conditioning work.
With time running out on the season, O'Brien says Hansbrough needs to get better within the next three weeks to be able to get into shape and still have time to contribute.
Hansbrough has averaged 8.5 points and 4.8 rebounds in 29 games this season.
