(CHICAGO, IL) - Pedro Feliz’ sacrifice fly in the top of the tenth inning gave the Houston Astros a 3-2 win over the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field.
The Cubs took a 2-0 lead in the third when Marlon Byrd hit a two-run single.
Houston clawed back with an RBI single from Jeff Keppinger in the eighth before Geoff Blum hit a run-scoring double off Cubs closer Carlos Marmol in the ninth.
Both starters pitched well but did not figure in the decision.
Chicago's Ryan Dempster pitched into the eighth, allowing a run on four hits while striking out eight.
Houston's Wandy Rodriguez lasted seven innings and gave up two runs on six hits.
The Astros took two of three in the series.
