(WEST LAFAYETTE, IN) - Purdue Football Coach Danny Hope says there is a chance that running back Ralph Bolden could play during the upcoming season.
Bolden suffered an ACL tear in his right knee during practice on March 31st and will miss the rest of spring practice.
Hope tells the Indianapolis Star that no decision has been made regarding surgery on Bolden, but that some type of surgery is likely.
The junior suffered a similar injury in high school. Bolden was the Boilermakers' leading rusher last season, running for 935 yards in his first season as Purdue's featured back.
