(CLEVELAND, OH) - Nelson Cruz hit a two-run homer in the top of the tenth inning as the Texas Rangers got past the Cleveland Indians 4-2 in the home opener at Progressive Field.
Cruz' blast came off Indians Reliever Jamey Wright after Wright had given up a leadoff single to Josh Hamilton and a fly out to center by Vladimir Guerrero.
Shin-Soo Choo scored both Cleveland Runs, hitting a solo shot off Texas Starter Rich Harden in the first and tying the game when he came home on Jhonny Peralta's sacrifice fly in the sixth.
The Indians have lost four games in a row.
