(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Indianapolis Pike High School senior-to-be Marquis Teague says he will play collegiately for John Calipari at the University of Kentucky.
The 6-foot-2 guard announced his decision on Thursday at the northwest-Indianapolis High School.
Teague had narrowed his decision to the Wildcats and Rick Pitino's Louisville Cardinals, with Indiana, Purdue and Cincinnati in the running earlier.
Teague's father Shawn had played for Pitino at Boston University.
Marquis Teague is one of the nation's most highly sought after recruits.
He is the younger brother of Atlanta Hawks guard Jeff Teague, who played collegiately at Wake Forest.
