(PHILADELPHIA, PA) - Raul Ibanez hit a tie-breaking RBI single in the bottom of the eighth as The Philadelphia Phillies edged the Chicago Cubs 4-2.
Philadelphia built a 4-1 lead on the strength of a solo home run by Chase Utley in the first and a three-run shot by Jimmy Rollins in the sixth.
Chicago got two runs back on Derrek Lee's solo homer and rookie Tyler Colvin's pinch-hit sacrifice fly in the seventh.
The Cubs tied it in the eighth when Kosuke Fukudome hit a solo shot off Antonio Bastardo.
That set up Ibanez' game winner, which snapped Chicago's four-game winning streak.
