(CINCINNATI, OH) - Scott Rolen hit a game-tying two-run home run and Joey Votto had the game-winning RBI single as the Cincinnati Reds scored three runs in the bottom of the ninth to edge the Milwaukee Brewers 5-4.
Milwaukee led 4-1 in the bottom of the eighth when Votto hit a solo shot off Brewers reliever Marco Estrada.
Milwaukee brought on closer Trevor Hoffman to pitch the ninth and the all-time saves leader failed to record an out, allowing a single to Paul Janish ahead of Rolen's homer, a double to rookie Chris Heisley, a walk to Brandon Phillips and Votto's game-winner.
The Reds have won four in a row as they sweep the two-game series.
The Brewers have lost eight in a row.
