(DOVER, DE) - The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series is at “The Monster Mile” in Dover, Delaware this weekend.
Practice is scheduled to get underway late this morning with qualifying this afternoon.
Jimmie Johnson won both races at Dover last season and is currently second in Sprint Cup points, 110 behind leader Kevin Harvick.
Brian Vickers will miss this weekends action, as he was hospitalized earlier this week with an undisclosed medical condition.
Casey Mears will replace Vickers in the Red Bull Toyota.
