(CHICAGO, IL) - The Houston Astros roughed up Chicago starter Carlos Silva for five runs in the first inning and cruised to an 11-5 win over the Cubs.
Hunter Pence put Houston on the board with a two-run single and Carlos Lee added a two-run double in the big first inning.
Jason Castro hit a three-run homer and Chris Johnson hit his first major league home run, a two-run shot in the seventh, and an RBI triple in the eighth.
Tyler Colvin hit a solo blast for the Cubs in the sixth with Aramis Ramirez adding a two-run homer later in the inning.
Astros starter Wandy Rodriguez got the win to move to 7-11 with Silva taking the loss to drop to 9-4.
