(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Indiana Pacers center Roy Hibbert will not need surgery on his right knee after team medical officials examined him on Monday.
Hibbert injured his knee while training with the Jamaican National Basketball Team in the Dominican Republic last week.
Officials say the center suffered a mild strain of his right patellar tendon.
Hibbert will continue with his summer workouts.
