(PHILADELPHIA, PA) - Brian Schneider hit a one-out solo home run in the bottom of the twelfth to give the Philadelphia Phillies a 4-3 victory over the Cincinnati Reds.
Shane Victorino hit a solo homer and Jimmy Rollins added a sacrifice fly as the Phillies took a 3-2 lead to the ninth.
The Reds tied the game on Miguel Cairo's pinch-hit RBI double off Brad Lidge with two outs to send the game to extra innings.
Joey Votto celebrated his inclusion on the National League All-Star Team by hammering his 22nd home run of the season.
The Reds were unable to capitalize on St. Louis' loss and remain three games ahead of the Cardinals in the NL Central.
