(KANSAS CITY, MO) - The Cleveland Indians erupted for five runs in the top of the eighth to get past the Kansas City Royals 7-3 to avoid a three-game series sweep.
Kansas City led 3-0 when Cleveland came to life with Matt Laporta, Shelley Duncan, Shin-Soo Choo and Travis Hafner delivering RBI singles and Asdrubal Cabrera adding a sacrifice fly.
The Indians won despite committing a season-high five errors.
