(BALTIMORE, MD) - Brian Roberts led off the bottom of the tenth inning with a solo home run to give the Baltimore Orioles a 3-2 win over the Chicago White Sox.
The Orioles took a 2-1 lead to the bottom of the ninth when Paul Konerko tied the game for Chicago, slamming a solo shot off Baltimore reliever Alfredo Simon.
Roberts returned the favor in the tenth, slamming JJ Putz' second pitch of the game over the right field wall to give the Orioles the win.
Baltimore took three of four in the series as the Sox fall into a first-place tie with Minnesota in the AL Central.
