(PHOENIX, AZ) - The Cincinnati Reds own a two-game lead over St. Louis in the NL Central after defeating the Arizona Diamondbacks 6-2.
Scott Rolen drove in three runs for Cincinnati with Paul Janish putting the Reds ahead for good with a solo home run off Arizona starter Daniel Hudson in the seventh.
Kelly Johnson gave the D-Backs the early lead with a two-run homer off Bronson Arroyo in the first.
Arroyo pitched into the eighth and picked up the win, moving to 13-7.
Hudson took the loss to drop to 4-2.
