Wainwright Golden At Home Again As Cardinals Pound Pirates

(ST. LOUIS, MO) - Adam Wainwright improved to 11-0 at home, leading the Cardinals to a dominant 9-1 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Wainwright retired 10 batters in a row at one point, lowering his ERA to 2.19.

Albert Pujols added his 25th homer of the season, adding to a five-run fifth inning for the Cards.

Aaron Miles also added two hits and three RBI's in the game.
