(FONTANA, CA) - Tony Stewart moved up in the points standings after winning the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Auto Club Speedway.
Stewart beat Clint Bowyer to the finish line by .466 seconds to claim the checkered flag.
Stewart is now in fifth place in the standings, 107 points behind leader Jimmie Johnson.
The top five of the race was rounded out by Johnson, Kasey Kahne and Ryan Newman.
