(ANN ARBOR, MI) - The eleventh-ranked Purdue Boilermakers won their Big Ten opener, pulling away late from the Michigan Wolverines 80-57 in Ann Arbor.
JaJuan Johnson led the Boilers with 22 points with E'twaun Moore finishing with 21 and Ryne Smith adding 17.
Stu Douglass was the only Wolverine to reach double figures, finishing with 15 points as Michigan had their seven-game winning streak snapped.
Purdue has won seven in a row to improve to 12-1.
They host northwestern Friday afternoon.
