(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - Indiana University reportedly will name University of Oklahoma offensive coordinator Kevin Wilson as the Hoosiers new head football coach this afternoon in Bloomington.
Several media outlets in Oklahoma reported that Wilson was taking the job late Monday night.
Earlier in the evening, Wilson told reporters that there was interest on both sides but that he had not been offered the job.
Discussions between Wilson and IU continued later in the evening.
Wilson will replace Bill Lynch, who was fired on November 28th.
Lynch went 19-30 in his four seasons as head coach of the Hoosiers.
