Jaguars Pick Up Win In Conference Opener

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The IUPUI Jaguars won their Summit League opener, dropping the Centenary Gents 77-69.

Alex Young scored a game-high 22 points and Leroy Nobles added 20 points for the Jaguars.

Maxx Nakwaasah led the Gents with 19 points as Centenary remains winless on the season, dropping to 0-8 overall and 0-1 in league play.

IUPUI evens its record at 4-4. The Jags host Oral Roberts on Saturday evening.
