(MUNCIE, IN) - Ball State’s winning streak is up to four as the Cardinals beat Western Michigan 72-63 at Worthen Arena.
Freshman Jesse Berry led the way with 15 points with Jauwan Scaife adding 14 points and Jarrod Jones adding twelve as the Cardinals move to 10-4, 2-0 in Mid-American Conference play.
Flenard Whitfield led the Broncos with 15 points with Matt Stainbrook finishing with 14 points and ten rebounds as Western Michigan has its three-game winning streak snapped.
The Broncos drop to 8-7, 1-1 in the MAC.
Ball State hosts Central Michigan on Saturday afternoon.
