(MILWAUKEE, WI) - Dwight Buycks scored a career-high 21 points to lead Marquette past eleventh-ranked Notre Dame 79-57 at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee.
Buycks hit all five of his three-point shot attempts as the Golden Eagles destroyed the Irish from beyond the arc.
Marquette hit twelve of their 17 attempts from long range while Notre Dame struggled, hitting just three of their 16 three-point attempts.
The Golden Eagles improve to 12-5, 3-1 in Big East play.
Eric Atkins scored 15 points for Notre Dame as the Irish drop to 14-3, 3-2 in the conference.
They will face St. John's Sunday afternoon at Madison Square Garden.
