(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indiana Fever have hired Stephanie White as an assistant coach.
White was an original member of the Fever when the franchise was formed in 2000 and played with them until her retirement in 2004.
She was a member of Purdue's 1999 National Championship team and is a member of the Purdue athletics Hall of Fame.
She rejoins Fever head coach Lin Dunn, who was her first head coach with the Boilermakers.
White had been an assistant coach with the Chicago Sky for the past four seasons and also serves as an analyst with the Big Ten Network and ESPN.
