(MILWAUKEE, WI) - Butler’s Horizon League winning streak is over as the Bulldogs fell to the Milwaukee Panthers 76-52 in Milwaukee.
Anthony Hill led the Panthers with 22 points with Tony Meier finishing with 20 and Kaylon Williams adding a triple double with ten points, ten rebounds and ten assists as Milwaukee evens its record at 8-8, 3-2 in conference play.
Matt Howard led the Bulldogs with 14 points with Ronald Nored finishing with twelve points and Shawn Vanzant scoring eleven off the bench as Butler falls to 10-5, 2-1 in the Horizon.
The Bulldogs had won a Horizon League-record 22-straight regular season conference games before Monday's defeat.
Their last conference loss also came at Milwaukee in February of 2009.
Butler hosts Cleveland State on Friday night.
