Rudolph Skipping Final Year At Notre Dame To Enter NFL Draft

(SOUTH BEND, IN) - Notre Dame tight end Kyle Rudolph is forgoing his final year of eligibility and entering the NFL Draft.

The six-foot-six, 265-pounder ranks fourth in school history in receptions and receiving yards by a tight end despite missing the final seven games of his junior year with a hamstring injury.

Rudolph started 28 of the 29 games he played in at Notre Dame.

He caught 29 passes as a freshman and 33 as a sophomore and was off to great start in 2010, catching 28 balls before being sidelined for the season after six games.
