(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - The Indiana Hoosiers beat their second top-25 team in less than a week as they edged number-20 Minnesota 60-57 at Assembly Hall.
Tom Pritchard and Verdell Jones led a balanced IU scoring attack with twelve points each.
Jones had missed the Hoosiers' previous three games with a sore knee and came off the bench against the Golden Gophers.
Minnesota's Blake Hoffarber led all scorers with 15 points with Austin Hollins finishing with 13 points and Ralph Sampson III adding ten points and nine rebounds as the Gophers fall to 16-6, 5-5 in the Big Ten.
IU improves to 12-11, 3-7 in the conference.
They host Iowa on Saturday afternoon.
