(SOUTH BEND, IN) - Notre Dame hit a school-record 20 three-pointers as the seventh-ranked Fighting Irish cruised past number-19 Villanova 93-72.
Ben Hansbrough and Tim Abromaitis led the way with 30 points apiece with Hansbrough also dishing out ten assists in his final game at Purcell Pavilion.
Tyrone Nash had a double-double with eleven points and eleven rebounds as Notre Dame improves to 24-5, 13-4 in Big East play.
Corey Fisher led the Wildcats with 22 points as Villanova lost its third game in a row.
With the win, Notre Dame secures a bye through the first two rounds of next week's Big East Tournament.
They wrap up the regular season Saturday afternoon at Connecticut.
