(CLEVELAND, OH) - Orlando Cabrera’s three-run double in Cleveland’s five-run bottom of the first helped propel the Indians to a 7-2 win over the Kansas City Royals.
Travis Hafner and Jack Hannahan added RBI singles during the first-inning rally as the Indians handed KC its fifth-straight setback.
Cleveland starter Josh Tomlin allowed a pair of solo homers to Jeff Francoeur and Mike Aviles.
He pitched six innings, giving up five hits to improve to 4-0.
Royals starter Jeff Francis takes the loss, falling to 0-3.
