(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Jason Jaramillo hit a go-ahead grand slam as the Indianapolis Indians stopped their four-game losing streak with an 8-5 win over the Norfolk Tides.
Norfolk scored four runs in the top of the fourth keyed by Nick Green's two-run double.
Indianapolis cut the lead to 4-2 in the bottom of the fourth on Andrew Lambo's solo home run, his first of the season.
The Tides led 5-2 when Jaramillo hit his slam off Norfolk starter Chris George as the Indians would score six times in the inning.
Tribe starter Justin Wilson gets the win to improve to 2-1 with George taking the loss to drop to 0-2.
Game two of the four-game series is this afternoon at Victory Field.
