(KANSAS CITY, MO) - Pinch-hitter Sandy Duncan drove home the go-ahead run with an RBI double in the top of the tenth as the Cleveland Indians defeated the Kansas City Royals 7-3 in extra innings.
Kansas City scored two runs in the bottom of the sixth to take a 3-2 lead before Matt LaPorta tied the game with an RBI single in the seventh.
Carlos Santana drew a walk from Tim Collins leading off the tenth and scored when Duncan doubled to left.
LaPorta, Jack Hannahan and Grady Sizemore also drove home runs in the tenth as the Indians won their fourth game in a row.
