(OAKLAND, CA) - Trevor Cahill remains unbeaten while Josh Tomlin suffered his first loss as the Oakland Athletics defeated Cleveland 3-1, snapping the Indians’ seven-game winning streak.
David Dejesus hit a pair of solo home runs off Tomlin, who gave up just three hits in his seven and two-thirds innings of work.
Travis Hafner drove in Cleveland's lone run with an RBI single in the third.
Cahill went seven innings, allowing a run on five hits to improve to 5-0.
Tomlin falls to 4-1.
