(CHICAGO, IL) - Starlin Castro went 4-4 with three runs batted in and three runs scored as the Chicago Cubs defeated the St. Louis Cardinals 11-4.
St. Louis starter Jake Westbrook did not make it out of the third inning, allowing five of the six runs Chicago would score in the inning.
Carlos Pena, Alfonso Soriano and Koyie Hill drove in two runs apiece as the Cubs halted a two-game skid.
Matt Garza allowed one run in his five innings of pitching to get the win, moving to 2-4 on the season.
Westbrook took the loss to fall to 2-3.
