Future Of Bird, Morway And Others To Be Determined Next Week

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The future of the Indiana Pacers’ front office should be determined early next week.

Team President of Basketball Operations Larry Bird is scheduled to meet with Pacers Owner Herb Simon in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

The contracts of Bird, General Manager David Morway and others in the front office expire this summer.

Bird talked to the media last week and said he will base his decision whether or not to return on his discussion with Simon.

Bird did say that he will be around to help the Pacers during the NBA Draft in June no matter what he decides.
