(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Indianapolis Colts Quarterback Peyton Manning is back home after undergoing a second round of neck surgery on Monday in Chicago.
Manning originally had surgery in March of 2010 to relieve pain caused by a pinched nerve in his neck.
Manning tells the Indianapolis Star that Monday's surgery was not related to the 2010 procedure and says that he anticipates a quick recovery.
Manning has never missed a start in his 13-year NFL career as he has been under center in all 208 regular-season games since he was the first-overall pick in the 1998 NFL Draft.
