(UNDATED) - Raul Ibanez’ sacrifice fly in the bottom of the 19th inning gave the Philadelphia Phillies a marathon 5-4 victory over the Cincinnati Reds.
Ben Francisco gave the Phillies a 2-0 lead in the first when he tagged a Travis Wood pitch for a home run. It was 3-1 Philadelphia when Jay Bruce tied the game with a two-run single.
In the top of the tenth, Bruce gave the Reds their lone lead of the night when he hit a solo home run. Ryan Howard kept the game going when he tied it with a solo shot in the bottom of the tenth.
That was it until the 19th when the Phillies loaded the bases against Carlos Fisher and Ibanez hit a fly ball to deep center allowing Jimmy Rollins to score the game winner.
Phillies second baseman Wilson Valdez pitched the 19th inning and got the win.
