(CLEVELAND, OH) - James Shields threw seven strong innings as the Tampa Bay Rays knocked off the Cleveland Indians 7-4.
Shields allowed two runs on seven hits over seven innings to pick up his first win in six career starts against Cleveland and improve to 4-1 on the season.
Reid Brignac and Evan Longoria hit two-run doubles and Sam Fuld had a two-run single as the Rays handed Indians starter Justin Masterson his first loss of the season.
Masterson drops to 5-1.
Asdrubal Cabrera hit a solo homer for Cleveland.
