(TORONTO, ON) - The Cleveland Indians scored four runs in the first and eight runs in the third and held on to defeat the Toronto Blue Jays 13-9.
Matt LaPorta hit a three-run homer, Grady Sizemore had a three-run double and Asdrubal Cabrera had four hits while also driving in three as the Indians took two of three in the series.
Rajai Davis hit a three-run homer and drove four with Jose Bautista driving in a pair of runs for Toronto.
Josh Tomlin allowed six runs over six innings but picked up the win for Cleveland, improving to 7-2.
