(WASHINGTON, DC) - The Indiana Fever halted their two-game skid with an 89-80 win over the Washington Mystics in the Nation’s Capital.
The Fever were without leading scorer Katie Douglas who was sidelined with a back injury.
Shavonte Zellous picked up the slack by scoring a team-high 21 points off the bench with Briann January and Jessica Davenport adding 18 points apiece.
Tamika Catchings had an off shooting night but finished with 15 points as the fever improve to 4-3.
Crystal Langhorne led the Mystics with a game-high 23 points as Washington dropped its fourth game in a row to fall to 1-5.
The Fever are back home on Saturday night to face the Connecticut Sun.
