(SOUTH BEND, IN) - Notre Dame wide receiver Michael Floyd will participate in voluntary workouts with the team this summer even though he remains on suspension.
Coach Brian Kelly suspended Floyd after he was arrested in March on suspicion of drunken driving.
Floyd has since pleaded not guilty to the charges, and a plea agreement is expected to be reached between the two sides.
Notre Dame's all-time leader in touchdown catches decided to play his senior season for the Fighting Irish instead of entering the NFL Draft.
Floyd is also second in catches and third in receiving yards all-time at Notre Dame.
