(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - New Indiana Pacer George Hill met with the media and fans Monday afternoon at Conseco Fieldhouse.
Team President Larry Bird and General Manager David Morway introduced Hill at a news conference attended by more than 100 fans.
Hill, an Indianapolis native who played collegiately at IUPUI, thanked Morway and Bird for the deal that allowed him to play for his hometown team.
Hill was acquired in a draft-night trade that sent the Pacers' two draft picks - Kawhi Leonard and Davis Berans - to the San Antonio Spurs along with the rights to 2005 second-round draft pick Erazem Lorbek.
