(PHOENIX, AZ) - Orlando Cabrera hit a solo home run off Arizona closer JJ Putz in the top of the ninth inning as the Cleveland Indians edged the Diamondbacks 5-4.
Asdrubal Cabrera hit a two-run blast in the first as Cleveland jumped out to the early lead, but the D-Backs responded by scoring three times in the bottom of the first.
The Indians retook the lead in the top of the sixth on back-to-back RBI singles from Travis Buck and Lonnie Chisenhall to make the score 4-3 Cleveland. Kelly Johnson tied it up again in the bottom of the eighth with an RBI triple.
With the win, Cleveland halts a three-game skid while Arizona has lost three in a row.
