(DENVER, CO) - Troy Tulowitzki scored all the way from first base on Ty Wigginton’s bloop single as the Colorado Rockies got past the Chicago White Sox 3-2 in 13 innings.
Alexei Ramirez put the Sox on the scoreboard first when he hit a solo home run in the second off Colrado starter Jason Hammel. The Rockies tied it in the fourth on Seth smith's RBI single.
Chicago regained the lead in the fifth on Juan Pierre's RBI double but the Rockies tied it in the sixth when Smith hit a sacrifice fly. That was all of the scoring until the 13th when Tulowitzki drew a one-out walk from Will Ohman. After Ohman struck out Smith, Wigginton hit a single into short center field.
Tulowitzki was running on the 3-2 pitch and scored ahead of Brent Lillibridge's throw.
