(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Indianapolis Colts Owner Jim Irsay and Team President Chris Polian stated that they would use the brief NFL free agent negotiating period to try to re-sign their own free agents, but that the new 120 million dollar salary cap would make it impossible to re-sign everyone.
Linebacker Clint Session is apparently one of those they won't re-sign.
NFL Network reports Session has agreed to a five-year, 30-million dollar deal with the Jacksonville Jaguars, with 11.5 million guaranteed.
The Colts are expected to re-sign safety Melvin Bullitt and kicker Adam Vinatieri today.
