(DENVER, CO) - Juan Pierre’s bases-loaded single in the top of the tenth inning drove home two runs as the Chicago White Sox got past the Colorado Rockies 6-4.
Troy Tulowitzki gave the Rockies an early 3-0 lead when he hit a three-run home run in the first inning off Sox starter Jake Peavy.
Colorado led 4-1 in the seventh when Gordon Beckham hit a solo homer to bring Chicago to within two runs.
In the eighth, Beckham hit RBI single and Pierre tied the game with a sacrifice fly.
