(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Quarterback remains a major concern for the Colts at practice this week.
Neither Curtis Painter nor Dan Orlovsky have been effective during the Colts' preseason losses to the Rams and the Redskins.
Team Owner Jim Irsay tweeted on Saturday that there is concern from management and that the team may sign a veteran quarterback as insurance should Peyton Manning not be ready by opening week.
Irsay also tweeted on Sunday that he was in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Brett Favre's hometown.
While veteran Colts watchers, and head coach Jim Caldwell believe that Irsay was joking, the story has received comment from the national media.
