(HOUSTON, TX) - The Chicago Cubs won their third game in a row as they edged the Houston Astros 4-3.
Carlos Pena gave the Cubs a 2-0 lead in the first with a two-run double off Houston starter Henry Sosa.
The Astros got one run back in the fourth when Michael Downs doubled and JD Martinez scored on a throwing error by Chicago right fielder Tyler Colvin.
Geovany Soto put the Cubs up 4-1 in the sixth with a two-run double off Sosa.
Downs concluded the scoring with a two-run double off Rodrigo Lopez in the bottom of the sixth.
Lopez gets the win, moving to 4-3 this season.
Sosa takes the loss, dropping to 0-2 as Houston has lost its last seven games in a row.
