(CINCINNATI, OH) - Johnny Cueto pitched the Cincinnati Reds to a 9-0 shutout over the San Francisco Giants while helping the Reds complete a three game sweep of the world champs.
Cueto threw a nine inning, three hit masterpiece and lowered his ERA to a miniscule 1.72.
Joey Votto hit an RBI single in the first inning to give the Reds an early 1-0 lead.
Votto would put the game out of question in the seventh with a three-run, towering shot over the center field wall.
