(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Eric Fryer hit a two-run single with two out in the bottom of the ninth to give the Indianapolis Indians a 3-2 win over the Columbus Clippers at Victory Field.
The Clippers jumped out to a 2-0 lead when Argenis Reyes pulled off a suicide squeeze bunt in the fourth and hit his first home run of the season in the seventh.
The Tribe got on the scoreboard in the eighth on Gorkys Hernandez' RBI single.
In the ninth, John Bowker singled but was out at second on Matt Hague's fielder's choice grounder.
Pedro Alvarez lined out to short before Jeff Clement's double put runners on second and third.
Fryer followed with his game-winning hit.
The Indians hit the road for four games, beginning with a two-game series with the Clippers in Columbus tonight and tomorrow night.
